DRAPER, Utah--Dec. 2, 2004--Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:FLXT) announced today the Company's Common Shares have been accepted for quotation on the NASD Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). Trading of Flexpoint's Common Stock will commence on the OTCBB effective immediately under the symbol --FLXT.
