Industry Veteran Zora Ljoljic Named Vice President and General Manager of Endevco Corporation

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., Nov. 30, 2004 -- Endevco, a leading designer and manufacturer of dynamic instrumentation for vibration, shock and pressure measurement, today announced the addition of Zora Ljoljic as Vice President and General Manager. Ms. Ljoljic will be responsible for a range of key functions within the company, including business development, operations, sales and financial performance. With over 25 years of leadership experience in both the U.S. and abroad, she is ideally positioned to identify growth and expansion opportunities for Endevco while diversifying its product lines.

Ms. Ljoljic previously served as Vice President and General Manager for Melles Griot, one of the world's largest suppliers of OEM photonics components. During her tenure, she was responsible for all aspects of the $40 million Laser Group division, including profit and loss, research and development, sales and marketing, supply chain, quality assurance, human resources and manufacturing. Prior to joining Melles Griot, Ms. Ljoljic was Vice President and General Manager of the Imaging and Data Storage Products Division of SKC America, Inc. a leading international manufacturer and distributor of film and media products. Under her leadership, the division achieved sales of up to $60 million annually with double-digit profitability.

Ms. Ljoljic is a member of the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group, American Management Association and Association for Information & Imaging Management International (AIIM).
