Tribridge Names William N. Plamondon to Board of Directors

TAMPA, Fla.--Nov. 2, 20043, 2004--Tribridge, provider of business consulting services with offices across the southern United States, has named William N. Plamondon, former President and CEO of ANC Rental Corporation, to its board of directors.

"With his impressive business management career that ranges from dealings with mid-market firms to serving as President and CEO of Budget Rent A Car Corporation and ANC Rental Corporation, Bill brings Tribridge a wealth of business knowledge," says Tony DiBenedetto, Tribridge chairman and CEO. Plamondon currently serves as President and CEO of R.I. Heller & Company, a consulting firm that provides business solutions and interim executive management to companies experiencing change.

Previously, he served as President and CEO of Budget Rent A Car, President and CEO of ANC Rental Corporation, Senior Advisor to Ernst and Young Capital Advisors and CEO for First Merchants Acceptance Corporation.

Plamondon serves on the boards of private and public companies, as well as non-profit organizations. He was a founding member of the National Tourism Organization and formerly served on the Board of American Car Rental Association and the International Franchise Association. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of North Central College, and is a seven-year member of the Executive Advisory Committee for Give Kids the World. He attended Seton Hall University.
