Jay Stockwell Joins Marketing Intelligence Firm Intelliseek
CINCINNATI--Nov. 2, 20042, 2004--On the heels of Mike Nazzaro's appointment as CEO, Intelliseek has hired a new head of sales to accelerate the firm's leadership in word-of-mouth analytics.Jay Stockwell, a Catalina Marketing sales veteran with deep experience in selling technology-enabled marketing services, will join Intelliseek as its Senior Vice President of Sales. At Catalina, Stockwell helped the $450 million firm build its core business and develop new initiatives.

"He's a proven sales professional who understands the importance of using data to market and promote brands, and he's a critical addition to our team."
Intelliseek, recently recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the country's fastest-growing private companies, provides technologies and services to help marketers, brand managers and corporations understand and leverage the increasingly important phenomenon of online word-of-mouth behavior, or consumer-generated media (CGM). The company's marketing intelligence products help clients understand online consumer trends, opinions and sentiments about products, services and brands for key marketing events and challenges.
Before joining Catalina Marketing, Stockwell worked in brand management for Puffs and Pampers at Procter & Gamble and as a ConAgra brand manager for the Banquet and Marie Callendar's franchises. He also maintains an 18-year affiliation with the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, including eight years of active duty in submarine tracking. He currently serves as a Commander with Patrol Squadron 65 at the Pt. Mugu Naval Air Station in California as a reservist. He lives in Aliso Viejo, California, with his wife and children and will maintain a regular presence in Intelliseek's Cincinnati office.
Stockwell earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Nebraska, a master's degree in business administration from George Washington University and graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Flight School.
