OnStation Announces Appointment of Industry Veterans Ron Berman and Bob Vieraitis to Executive Team

New OnStation Senior Executives Bring Proven Track Records in Sales and Marketing to Drive Company's Continued Growth

SAN MATEO, Calif, Nov. 22 -- OnStation Corporation, the leading provider of automatic email-based customer lifecycle management (CLM) solutions for automotive dealerships and service centers, today announced the appointments of Ron Berman to Vice President of Sales, and Bob Vieraitis to Vice President of Marketing. Berman will lead the development and execution of OnStation's national sales strategy, while Vieraitis will be responsible for building brand awareness, forging strategic alliances, and accelerating adoption of OnStation's on-demand solutions.

Berman joins OnStation with more than forty years of experience in the retail automotive industry. Most recently he served as Central Regional Manager for Newgen Results Corporation, where he led the highest producing region with annual revenues of over $30 million. Prior to his tenure at Newgen, Berman was Vice President and General Manager of Intelesys, a company specializing in business development for the automotive industry. Earlier in his career, Berman served as General Manager of Westway Ford, which under his leadership became the number one Ford dealership in Texas and one of the top 100 dealerships in the United States, with revenues reaching $150 million annually.

Vieraitis comes to OnStation with more than twenty years of experience bringing new products and technologies to market. Most recently, he was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for AirPrism, Inc., where he launched the company into the wireless market and drove major OEM deals, creating momentum that led to the company's acquisition by an industry leader. Prior to AirPrism, Vieraitis was Vice President of Product Marketing at Portal Software, where he led the development of a product strategy that resulted in a successful IPO. Earlier in his career Vieraitis held senior marketing positions with GolfWeb and Sun Microsystems.
