Court Preliminarily Approves Settlement of a Class Action Lawsuit
DAYTON, Ohio, Nov. 19, 2004 -- On November 18, 2004 the Honorable Michael Hall, Montgomery County Judge, issued an Order preliminarily approving a proposed settlement agreement. The case concerns relief sought in connection with certain COIN dealership management systems sold to automobile dealers primarily by Reynolds' predecessors. The proposed settlement will resolve any and all claims of any dealers who acquired such systems, unless they opt-out.
A hearing on the fairness of the settlement agreement is scheduled for January 4, 2005, beginning at 3:00 p.m., in the Montgomery County Courthouse, Dayton, Ohio.
