Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure Announces Record Revenues and Profitable Earnings for First Quarter '05
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 18, 2004 -- Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure (BULLETIN BOARD: DJRT) , is pleased to announce that the Company has released to the SEC, the first quarter '05 financials showing a quarterly profit and record revenues.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2004, the Company reported revenues of $568,238 versus $425,671 for the same period last year; a 33% increase. Gross Profit for the first quarter '05 was $354,781 versus $196,330, an 80% increase over last years' figures. This translates into net income of $15,700 versus a loss of $88,458 for the same period last year. "We are very pleased with our performance and our outlook for next year has never looked better," stated Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure's President and CEO Tim Shannon. "We are excited about our Christmas season promotional campaign and the number of race dates we have planned for 2005. It should be another record year for us," Shannon added.
