PHOENIX, Nov. 18, 2004 -- Universal Technical Institute, Inc. , a provider of technical education training, announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on February 16, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. local time at UTI's Avondale, Arizona campus located at 10695 West Pierce Street, Avondale, Arizona 85323.

Shareholders are expected to vote on the election of two members of UTI's board of directors and the ratification of UTI's public auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shareholders of record as of December 30, 2004 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
