Audi of America, Inc. Announces Leadership Change

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Nov. 17, 2004 -- Audi of America, Inc. announced today that Axel H. Mees has left the Company. Mees had served as the Vice President in charge of Audi of America in the United States and Canada since March 1, 2004.

The current Audi Leadership Team will lead the Brand and all its efforts until a new Vice President is named.
