Auto Data Network's MAM Software Subsidiary Installs Autopart System into UK's Largest Independent Motor Spares Retailer

NEW YORK & TUNBRIDGE WELLS, England--Nov. 1, 20046, 2004--Auto Data Network Inc. (OTCBB:ADNW), a provider of software and real-time data services to the automotive industry, today announced that its subsidiary MAM Software is to install its Autopart system into the UK's largest independent motor spares retailer.

Wilco, the UK's largest family owned independent motor spares retailer, has announced its decision to install the latest business software in all the Motosave stores, in a major deal to bring the new acquisitions up to Wilco standard.

As part of this investment, Wilco will install the software in all 24 Motosave stores, which stretch from Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire up into Yorkshire. The installation of the Autopart system, built and developed by MAM Software, will create a fully integrated system capable of supporting Motosave's fitting bays and retail shops.

The business management system will be used throughout the stores and incorporates features for the management of the Motosave fitting bays as well as controlling their parts and accessory sales. The system will be fully integrated, linking point-of-sale functionality with comprehensive stock control, purchase ordering and accounting back-office facilities.

Using the latest communication technology, all 24 branches will connect to a common database at the Group's head office. In total, the system will link over 100 users across the UK, enhancing Motosave's ability to distribute and share resources and expertise across all its branches.

Richard Shortis, Managing Director of Wilco, who recently acquired the Motosave branches, explains the decision, "We decided to install the MAM computer software in all of the Motosave stores, building on the success of the system in our Wilco stores. It is a significant move for all the new Motosave branches as it will bring them in line with the rest of the Shortis Group, offering staff and ultimately customers the required information quickly and efficiently.

Mike Jamieson, Managing Director of MAM Software, said, "We are delighted that Wilco has chosen our software for their newly acquired business. We have worked closely with Wilco for the past six years and this investment is a great testimony to the quality of our Autopart software and the strength of our support."

This investment takes the total number of branches of Wilco branches using MAM's Autopart software to over 70. Installation of the new software is due to begin soon with all 24 branches going live in February.
