MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Nov. 10, 2004 -- Beginning in mid-November, on-the-go consumers can listen to music and audio files from their personal audio device over any FM frequency on any car radio. Designed exclusively for iRiver America, the newly introduced AFT-100 Mobile FM Transmitter incorporates leading wireless audio technology patented by Aerielle, Inc. The product is fully compatible with all audio players including iRiver America's line of MP3 and CD players.

The one-piece unit plugs directly into a cigarette lighter in your car, eliminating the need for batteries or custom installations. Because it transmits on the full FM band, users worldwide can select the best frequency in their traveling area and tune in. Three memory presets make changing frequencies easy, and a well-lit LCD display helps drivers note the frequency at-a-glance. For easy operation and to extend battery life, the unit turns on instantly when audio is detected. When no audio is detected for 30 seconds, the unit will automatically turn off.
