Polaris Announces New Director of Retail and Dealer Development

MINNEAPOLIS--Nov. 9, 2004--Polaris Industries Inc. today announced the promotion of Paige Wittman to Director of Retail and Dealer Development, effective in December. Wittman currently is Manager of Global Sales and International Dealer Development. Prior to her current position, Wittman was Regional Sales Manager for the Northern Plains Region from 2000 to 2004.

In her role as Regional Sales Manager, Wittman helped lead many positive changes to the dealer network, such as major upgrades to a number of Polaris dealerships, including Diggers in Prior Lake, Minn. and Northway Sports in East Bethel, Minn. She also worked with key dealers on several new experiential dealerships, including Mies Outland in Watkins, Minn., Mid-America Moto-Plex in Sioux Falls, S.D.; VanWall in Kansas City, Kan. and Polaris Outdoors in Tulsa, Okla.

"With Paige's extensive experience in working with our dealers, this move will strengthen our commitment to becoming dominant in the powersports industry," said Ken Sobaski, VP Sales, Service and Marketing.

Wittman will replace Steve Menneto who last week was named Director of Consumer Sales.
