Goodyear Announces Third Quarter 2004 Earnings Release, Conference Call

AKRON, Ohio, Nov. 8, 2004 -- The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company will report third quarter 2004 financial results after market close on Tuesday, Nov. 9, to be followed by an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, Nov. 10.

Participating in the conference call will be Robert J. Keegan, chairman and chief executive officer, and Richard J. Kramer, executive vice president and chief financial officer. They will review Goodyear's third quarter results.
