Littelfuse Appoints Vice President - Human Resources
DES PLAINES, Ill.--Nov. 8, 2004--Littelfuse, Inc. today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Calhoun, 43, as Vice President - Human Resources. Calhoun will assume responsibility for all worldwide human resources activities of Littelfuse.Calhoun has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Littelfuse, she was Director, Human Resources - Home Services for Sears Roebuck and Company in Chicago. Her career also includes human resources management positions with Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc., Colgate Palmolive Company and TRW, Inc.
In her position at Littelfuse, Calhoun will report to Gordon Hunter, who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and will assume the position of Chairman, President and CEO of Littelfuse on January 1, 2005. Kenneth R. Audino, who has been with Littelfuse for 40 years and previously was responsible for Littelfuse's human resources activities, will assist in the transition and will continue to serve as Vice President, Organizational Development and Total Quality Management.

Calhoun received a bachelor's degree from Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa, and a master's degree in industrial relations from the University of Wisconsin. She also completed graduate studies in management and administration at Harvard University. She is a member of the Industrial Relations Research Institute, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the SHRM Labor Relations Expert Panel, the Executive HR Network and the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago.
