Having true workflow management solutions, enterprise visibility, and robust real-time reporting will assist Hi Tech in achieving their day-to-day operational goals, as well as their long-term growth objectives."
Among the solutions Hi Tech Collision will implement, include:
CCC Pathways Enterprise Solution - A complete enterprise management solution for multi-location repair facility operators. This feature-rich web-based application includes repair facility production, accounting, asset management, and human resources all running from a central, integrated, real-time database. Monitors and tracks jobs centrally -- from estimate to follow-up, the system maintains work schedules, status update, and e-mails to keep customers and insurers informed.
CCC Autoverse Repair Management Dispatch - Helps seamlessly balance workload and optimize cycle times for multi-location collision repair facilities, CCC Autoverse Repair Management Dispatch is a web-based feature that offers increased visibility into operations to deliver faster and more efficient service to vehicle owners. Dispatch feature include:
-- Assignment Dashboard - allows the user to view newly received assignments that need to be routed, as well as the insurance companies from which each assignment was received.
-- Dispatch Central - allows the user to transfer repair assignments among locations, thus helping to maximize productivity and reduce repair cycle time.
-- Shop Locator - allows the user to locate the repair facility closest to the damaged vehicle or most convenient to the vehicle owner.
CCC Pathways Estimating Solution - Helps improve the speed and efficiency of the repair process. Making CCC Pathways Estimating Solution among the most powerful estimating solutions available is the MOTOR database. The MOTOR database provides information on 3.8 million parts and labor times. CCC Pathways Estimating is available with Digital Imaging, which allows users to attach pictures to an estimate. CCC was the first to make Digital Imaging a standard feature.
CCC Accumark Advisor - Enables repairers to "check their work" prior to sending an estimate to an insurance carrier. Integrated with CCC Pathways version 4.2, this auditing capability will help repairers measure the estimate for compliance against insurer-specific guidelines, helping to reduce the number of supplements written while also reducing administrative effort and speeding the payment cycle.
CCC Connect - Allows customers that use CCC Pathways Estimating Solution to use their broadband Internet connection instead of a standard dial-up modem to send estimates and other claims information, including images, up to ten times faster than traditional dial-up connections.
