Winnebago Industries to Receive 9th Consecutive RVDA Quality Circle Award

FOREST CITY, Iowa--Nov. 4, 2004--Winnebago Industries, Inc. , the nation's leading motor home manufacturer, received notification that the Company will be awarded the prestigious Quality Circle Award from the Recreation Vehicle Dealers' Association (RVDA) for the ninth consecutive year at the upcoming 42nd Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky., in December.

Winnebago Industries is the only recreation vehicle (RV) manufacturer to receive the Quality Circle Award every year since its inception.

Quality Circle Award winners are determined by the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, which RVDA conducts annually with its dealer organization. The DSI survey asks its members to rate their manufacturers' performance in four categories: sales, product, management and service/warranty/support.

"We consider the DSI survey to be a great measurement tool for not only product quality, but also the quality of our sales and service programs and manufacturing processes," said Winnebago Industries' Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President Bruce Hertzke. "The survey provides us with an annual benchmark that shows how our dealer partners perceive the company and our products. We are extremely honored to receive the prestigious Quality Circle Award from RVDA. I'd like to thank our dealer partners for their confidence in Winnebago Industries, as well as our employees for their hard work to ensure that every Winnebago Industries motor home, program and service that we provide is of superior quality. We will continue to work hard to provide both our dealer partners and retail customers with innovative new products, as well as the highest quality products, service and support possible."
