Name and Symbol Change Made to Better Reflect the New Image of the Company

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 4 -- Automotive Capital Group, Inc. announced today that effective Friday, November 5th, 2004, the change of its corporate name to NowAuto, Inc. The new stock ticker symbol will be NWAU effective tomorrow.
