AMI DODUCO will introduce its high-performance DODUREX(R) HS 100 gold-cobalt process for high-speed electroplating. The universal electrolyte is suitable for reel-to-reel plating, brush plating, selective immersion plating and jet plating. The cost-effective process is specially designed for high-current-density applications. The hard gold layers deposited are bright, and their electrical and mechanical properties adhere to very tight tolerances required for electrical engineering and electronic components such as contacts and plug connectors.
