MBA Holdings Continues Expansion of NMDA

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--Nov. 3, 2004--As MBA Holdings (OTCBB:MBAH), Scottsdale, Ariz., continues the development of the National Motorcycle Dealers Association (NMDA), significant efforts have been made to expand the scope of programs and services to be offered to NMDA members. We wish to inform shareholders of these numerous initiatives since the last update, which include:

-- Professional Employer Organization: As previously announced, NMDA members will have access to a full range of payroll, human resource and benefits services through National PEO.

-- GPS Motorcycle Tracking & Location Systems: Competitive bids have been received pursuant to contracting for GPS tracking technology for motorcycles. This program will ensure all rental bikes under contract will be trackable with the probable capability of real-time Internet geographic location mapping and anti-theft security alerts transmitted to mobile devices. The NMDA will arrange for the sale of GPS devices to retail customers at NMDA dealerships.

-- Automotive Club: Discussions are underway with a nationally prominent automobile club to provide their retail membership privileged access to services provided by NMDA members.

-- NMDA Web Site: We are also in the initial stages of research for the development of a premium interactive NMDA Web site portal for both consumers and members. For members, the Web site objective will be to deliver all services and over time derive significant cost savings to the NMDA operating budget in the form of efficient form submission and data processing. For consumers, the Web site would be designed to generate business for NMDA members via referrals and provide access to interactive features such as online reservations for bike rentals. This project will require substantial work before going live in first quarter 2005.

-- Motorcycle Mechanic Certification: The NMDA will create a certification process and consumer referral resource for finding qualified motorcycle mechanics and repair stations.

-- Dealership Brokerage Service: The NMDA will maintain a listing service for matching sellers and buyers of motorcycle dealerships and derive a reasonable brokerage fee for sales transacted.

-- Consumer Enhancements: An agreement has been signed with Consumer Rewards for the provision to dealerships of shopping coupons valued at $500 and $1,000 for distribution to customers purchasing motorcycles. Coupons are available to dealers for this purpose at 5-10% of cost. The business model of Consumer Rewards defrays the actual cost of the coupons by combining mass purchasing power with discounts provided by contracting vendors as part of their customer acquisition marketing.

Other programs and partnering possibilities under exploration include motorcycle leasing, relationships with leading motorcycle manufacturers, liability and collision insurance coverage, garage keepers coverage and open lot coverage and additional premium insurance products that would give the NMDA a fully comprehensive insurance product list.

All other previously mentioned primary NMDA programs are in various stages of completion or negotiations. Aside from partnerships already signed and awaiting permission for announcement, numerous industry leaders in the insurance and finance fields are in advanced stages of discussion for partnership with the NMDA.

Inquiries have been made about the status of MBA's insurer status in the state of Arizona. While doing business in and certified in 49 of 50 states to date, the advantage of licensing in our home state had been mitigated on a cost-to-benefit basis due to the high bonding costs per Arizona requirements. With the prospect of increased sales volume in all states, including Arizona, MBA now plans to pay the bond costs to achieve full compliance in all 50 states.

MBA remains committed to growing shareholder value and maintains its previously stated intention of minimizing future dilution. As the development of the NMDA rapidly moves forward, it is our intention to raise capital to facilitate expansion in the most prudent manner possible.
