Solomon Technologies adds Leading Catamaran OEM
TARPON SPRINGS, Fla.--Nov. 3, 2004--Solomon Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SOLM) announced today that another major French catamaran manufacturer has joined its growing list of OEM builders now offering Solomon Technologies, Inc.'s electric propulsion system. Alliaura Marine, builder of prestigious Privilege Luxury cats, indicated it expects to begin production later this month of its first Solomon Technologies powered electric vessel, a Privilege 395.In addition to Alliaura, the Company is already working with two other French boat builders, Lagoon, built by Groupe Beneteau of Bordeaux, France, the world's largest builder of recreational boats and Edel of Honfleur, France. These three French boat builders are the world leaders in catamaran sailboat production and in conjunction with their American dealers have taken the lead in recognizing the market potential of environmentally friendly electric propulsion technology.
Company founder David Tether noted that the new electric cat is a joint venture with a U.S. Privilege dealer, The Catamaran Company of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida which also was part of the Company's first Franco-American partnership with Lagoon The Company also contracted with Long Island, New York dealer Aeroyacht in partnership with catamaran builder Edel.

Alliaura and the Catamaran Company plan to introduce the electric Privilege 395 at the Miami Strictly Sail Boat Show in February.
