Polaris Announces Changes to Management Team

MINNEAPOLIS--Nov. 2, 2004--Polaris Industries Inc. today announced management changes in its Snowmobile Division, Consumer Sales and Dealer Development departments, effective immediately.

Eric Lindquist, who has been Polaris' Director of Consumer Sales since 2002, has been named General Manager of the Polaris Snowmobile Division. As General Manager, Lindquist will oversee product development, engineering and marketing for Polaris' second-largest product line and will report directly to president and CEO Tom Tiller.

Steve Menneto will replace Lindquist as director of consumer sales. Menneto has been Polaris' Director of Dealer Development since 2002, and his replacement has not yet been named.

Bob Nygaard is appointed Director, Sales Operations and Dealer Support. Bob has made a huge contribution to the success of Polaris over the past 25 years and will continue to play an integral role in the future success of Polaris.
