SPX Service Solutions Acquires AutoXray, Inc.

Patented Scan Tool Technology for the Vehicle Aftermarket

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 2 -- SPX Corporation today announced that its Service Solutions business has acquired AutoXray, Inc., based in Tempe, Arizona. AutoXray designs automotive diagnostic test equipment and instrumentation that it markets to professional technicians and retailers.
