(OTCBB:ITRSA), a leading provider of traffic optimization and safety technology, today announced that Jack Johnson, chief executive officer, will present at the B. Riley & Co. San Francisco Investor Conference at 9:15 a.m. Pacific time on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2004. The conference is located at the San Francisco Downtown Marriott in San Francisco, and the company's presentation will be located in Salon 1.

Johnson will discuss the company's proprietary vision technology, which provides the foundation for both its state-of-the-art traffic optimization products and services, as well as its vehicle safety technology.
