CimaVision combines and organizes data taken from one or many Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and Cima systems, giving users a variety of comprehensive, easy-to-understand maps and reports regarding customers, communications, employees, customer satisfaction and revenues. With one or two mouse clicks users can access a wealth of high-level customer, marketing and dealership information, or they can drill down to details and back up data including specific repair orders, card deals or customer surveys.

AutoAppoint and AutoRemind were created to increase customer retention and sales while reducing overhead, through improved communications.
