CLARKSTON, Mich., Oct. 28 -- Manhattan-on-Rouge Communications, LLC has opened for business in Clarkston, MI, offering opinion and market research, traditional public relations, and marketing communication services.

Making the announcement was Manhattan-on-Rouge Communications Founder and Principal Rob Hilliard.

Hilliard previously ran marketing communications departments at global automotive supplier GKN Sinter Metals in nearby Auburn Hills, MI, and at international management consultants Booz*Allen & Hamilton in New York City.
