Energy & Engine Technology Corporation Announces Commencement of First Marine Generator Production Line and Attendance at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 27, 2004 -- Energy & Engine Technology Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: EENT) announces that effective as of today it has commenced its production line for the Lombardini engine -- driven generator sets for the marine industry. This line represents the initial manufacturing of products for the marine industry and second production line in its new 11,000 square foot Pompano Beach, Florida facility.

The potential market for marine gensets is vast. In 2003, sales for power pleasure boats and engines exceeded $9 billion, and industry reports indicate that 2004 numbers will be similarly strong.

EENT's subsidiary, BMZ Generators Technology, will be in attendance at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from October 28th -- November 1st. At the Show, for which this is the 45th year of occurrence, over $1 billion worth of boats and yachts will be represented, and this is the premier show for superyachts, according to Show management.
