Donaldson's President and Chief Executive Officer to Present at Two Investor Conferences in November

MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 26, 2004 -- Donaldson Company, Inc. announced today that President and Chief Executive Officer Bill Cook will present at the Gabelli & Company 28th Annual Automotive Aftermarket Symposium and the Robert W. Baird Industrial Technology Conference, both in November.

The Gabelli & Company conference will take place in Las Vegas, NV, from November 1 through the 3, 2004. Cook will present at 2:30 PM CT, Tuesday, November 2. The Robert W. Baird conference is scheduled to take place November 9 through the 10 at the Four Seasons in Chicago, IL. Cook will present at 9:30 AM CT on Tuesday, November 9 for this event.
