Chariot Manufacturing Increases Production Capacity by $1.5M

BARTOW, Fla., Oct. 26, 2004 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today announced that its subsidiary, Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., has completed retooling its popular CS9 trailer to add exciting new features and has increased its capacity to produce the CS9 four-fold.

Steven D. Smith, President of Chariot, stated, "We are pleased to announce that we have completed the retooling of our popular CS9 single open motorcycle trailer. Based on market feedback, we have incorporated some exciting news features such as a wider channel to accommodate the newer tire profiles. We have increased the length just enough to fit the largest cruisers. We increased the size of the fenders to add strength and to handle a larger tire size. We have made improvements to the fit of the faring. We have also made accommodations for self-locking wheel chocks, devices that make loading and unloading a motorcycle much easier and safer. These are subtle changes, but they expand the appeal of the trailer to a much greater market. It is also important to note that while Chariot is enjoying its 29th year in business, it continues to be an innovator. Arguably, one of the most significant aspects of the retooling will be the expansion of Chariot's ability to produce this popular trailer. As we continue to implement our sales and marketing plan, volume limitations due to tooling have been a concern. We are in the process of building four new molds from the retooled CS9 master. This will immediately give us added capacity of over $1,500,000 per year. We can now proceed with our marketing program knowing that we will be able to meet anticipated volume demand."
