BBK Expands European Division -- Opens Offices in Prague And Warsaw; Jan Kofol To Oversee Eastern European Operations in Prague, Daniel Ozon In Warsaw Office
SOUTHFIELD, Mich.--Oct. 2, 20045, 2004--BBK, an internationally recognized, leading provider of financial and operational business advisory services, announces the following additions to its European operations--Jan Kofol, as Principal to oversee the Central and Eastern European divisions out of the Prague, Czech Republic and Warsaw, Poland offices, and Daniel Ozon, who will serve as a Senior Consultant out of Warsaw. The moves are part of the firm's ongoing strategic and operational initiatives designed to enhance worldwide resources. BBK. Chairman and CEO B.N. Bahadur made the announcement.Kofol and Ozon will continue to build off the momentum the firm has already established in the European market. Kofol possesses more than 30 years of senior financial management experience. Prior to joining BBK, Kofol worked for Credit Suisse, which later merged to become Credit Suisse First Boston. Most recently, he served as a Director, in charge of Global Impaired Asset Management, responsible for managing a global portfolio of distressed debt.
Kofol earned an MBA from New York University, New York City and a bachelor's degree in History from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. He is fluent in several languages including Czech.
Prior to joining BBK, Daniel Ozon served as Restructuring Department Director, Senior Transactor, at Bank Handlowy in Warsaw. He was responsible for managing merger and acquisition transactions and the sale of debt within domestic and foreign banks and trading companies.
Ozon has a Master's degree from the Warsaw School of Economics.
