CHICAGO, Oct. 20, 2004 -- The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable November 15, 2004 to shareholders of record on November 1, 2004.
