CustomerLink Adds Voice Prompt and E-Prompt to Their Suite of CRM Offerings
ROSEVILLE, Calif.--Oct. 1, 20049, 2004--Today, CustomerLink Systems, the premier provider of multi-media customer acquisition, development and retention programs for the automotive service and repair industry announced the addition of the Voice Prompt and E-Prompt to their service center CRM offerings. Both program offerings are available now.Voice Prompt is available for use with oil change, factory recommended service and service follow-up reminders. With Voice Prompt a service center can specify what time of day a recorded voice message will be delivered to a customer's home or business phone. Voice Prompt has the ability to detect whether a person or an answering machine responds to the call and adjusts its message accordingly. Voice Prompt is currently available as reinforcement to CustomerLink's highly personalized and customized reminder card offerings and is timed to arrive at about the same time the reminder card is delivered to the customer's mailbox. As with Voice Prompt, E-Prompt programs a message to arrive in the customer's email in-box at about the time the mailed card arrives in their mailbox.
Voice Prompt and E-Prompt messages can be the same as or different than the mail reminders they reinforce. E-Prompt can deliver coupons to print and present at the time of service.
