Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc. Board of Directors Approves Company Name Change to DIRT Motorsports, Inc.

NORMAN, Okla.--Oct. 1, 20049, 2004--Boundless Motor Sports Racing Inc., (OTCBB:BMSR) (Boundless) Chairman and CEO Paul A. Kruger announced that the Board of Directors has unanimously approved changing the Company's name from "Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc.," to "DIRT Motorsports, Inc." During the meeting the Board also approved the reincorporation of the company to Delaware. The Company's name change and reincorporation to Delaware will require shareholder approval in order to be effective.

"I'm very confident about the direction that we are taking with the Company," said Kruger. "DIRT Motorsports is a recognized leader in the industry with an established reputation and loyal fan base built in part by the wide variety of broadcast programs produced by our in-house studios including 'This Week on DIRT,' 'Rush Hour on DIRT,' DIRTvision's online race broadcasts and our new online talk-show 'DIRT Doggs LIVE.' Changing the name to DIRT Motorsports more accurately reflects our position as the dominant name in dirt track racing."
