William Beichner Appointed CEO at Unbreakable Lock Company and Lawman Armor Corporation

BERWYN, Pa.--Oct. 1, 20048, 2004--The Board of Directors at Lawman Armor Corporation has announced that it has appointed William Beichner as CEO and to the board of directors of both Lawman Armor Corporation and Unbreakable Lock Company. Unbreakable Lock Company will develop and market innovative proprietary mechanical anti-theft devices for consumers under the "Unbreakable" brand name, including the number one rated Auto Lock Series of mechanical security devices and will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Lawman Armor Corp.

In addition to Beichner, the board of directors will include Joshua Smith, current board member of the following boards Federal Express (FDX), Caterpillar Corp. (CAT), Allstate Insurance (ALL), Humbert Powell (Managing Director of Sanders Morris Harris Financial Services), and Sydney Levov (Vice President of Investments Janney Montgomery Scott).

Prior to this appointment, Beichner was Executive Vice President at Lawman Armor where he introduced a suite of nine mechanical security products to over 8,000 retailers in North America. Unbreakable Products now enjoy more than 35,000 retail facings in North America. Prior to Lawman, Beichner was President at Winner International where he reestablished lost distribution to more than 7,000 retail locations through a strong commitment to a category management philosophy. Additionally, he launched Winner line extensions into the padlock business capturing accounts such as Menard's, Target, Eckerd Drugs, Kmart, Wal-Mart, Albertsons, Osco, Sav-On, and pioneered Winner's current consumer battery program. Prior to Winner, Beichner was Vice President Sales at Quaker State Corporation, where he was given the Outstanding Achievement Award for sales efforts during 1997. He has held various management positions at WD-40 Company and Slick 50 Corporation. In addition to Lawman Armor, Beichner has served as a board member of The La Roche College Board of Regents in Pittsburgh.
