CTS Corporation Files Suit for Patent Infringement
ELKHART, Ind.--Oct. 1, 20044, 2004--CTS Corporation announced today that it has filed suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, against Partron Co., Ltd. of the Republic of Korea and its U.S. distributor, Samnova A/S of Denmark, charging both organizations with knowingly producing and/or selling ceramic monoblock duplexers that infringe one or more of CTS' ceramic duplexer filter patents. The suit seeks to enjoin the production and sale of all products infringing the CTS patents, plus an accounting for all profits derived from such production and sale, and treble damages for intentional infringement.Richard G.
