The Consortium of Automotive Aftermarket Retailers Renews ADN'S MAM Software's Approved Supplier Status

NEW YORK & TUNBRIDGE WELLS, U.K.--Oct. 1, 20044, 2004--Auto Data Network Inc. (OTCBB: ADNW), a provider of software and real-time data services to the automotive industry, today announced that its subsidiary MAM Software, the UK's leading supplier of automotive aftermarket I.T. solutions, has successfully renewed its appointment as an approved supplier to the Consortium of Automotive Aftermarket Retailers (CAAR).

Under the terms of the relationship, CAAR will promote MAM to their membership as a recommended supplier of software and related services. Commenting on the relationship, Martin Denny, Managing Director of CAAR said, "Our members look to CAAR for advice and support in improving their business processes and we recognize that computerized management systems have an important part to play in this. Through this agreement with MAM Software, we can offer our members an industry-leading solution that can deliver significant business benefits to their organizations in terms of cost-savings, inventory management and customer service."

MAM's relationship with CAAR began in 2002 when they were first awarded approved supplier status. "A key factor in choosing to continue partnering with MAM Software is that they have a proven service record," continued Martin Denny. "MAM's products are used widely throughout our membership. Our members are fiercely proud of their own independent status, and that's reflected in the diversity of their businesses. But MAM's extensive experience enables them to provide I.T. solutions tailored to the exact requirements of each individual company."

Ian Penny, Sales Director of MAM Software added, "We are delighted that the CAAR has selected MAM as their partner in delivering software and related services to their membership. This validation confirms our belief that our software is the most effective business management solution for motor factors and retailers, and that MAM Software is the pre-eminent provider in the UK."

CAAR is the automotive after market's largest association with around 350 members operating over 600 stores in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Comprised predominantly of component factors and high street accessory shops, CAAR's membership ranges from single-outlet shops to large, multi-branch stores. Dedicated to increasing parts retailers' bottom lines through collective buying power and the provision of 'added-value' services, CAAR's unique '501' program allows individual members to structure purchasing programs to suit their own individual needs.
