Auto Racing Meets Space Exploration at Convergence(R) 2004
WHAT: Convergence 2004 will explore the next generation of convergence through its power-packed lineup of keynote addresses from Adam Opel, Bosch, DENSO, Ford and Infineon Technologies. But, this year's conference offers more than automotive electronics. Attendees will be able to pick up an autograph from international auto racer, Mario Andretti or meet the first American female space walker and Astronaut Hall of Famer, Dr. Kathryn Sullivan.

WHY: This year's conference features 15 technical sessions and 86 white- paper presentations by automotive and electronic industry leaders exploring the theme, "Vehicle Electronics to Digital Mobility: The Next Generation of Convergence."
The Convergence Transportation Electronics Association (CTEA) sponsors Convergence 2004. Proceeds from the conference benefit the Convergence Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded in 1993 to support mathematics and science education for disadvantaged school-aged children.
