Polar Molecular Announces Dominick & Dominick Securities, Inc. as Agent for $5 Million Financing
DENVER--Oct. 6, 2004--Polar Molecular Holding Corporation (OTCBB:POMH) today announced that Dominick & Dominick Securities, Inc., Toronto, Canada has agreed to act as Agent for a US $5,000,000 private equity financing on a best efforts basis.Mark Nelson, Polar's President and CEO, commented, "We are pleased to be associated with Dominick & Dominick, a well respected underwriter.
