General Motors Extends Customs and Trade Managed Services Contract With Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services
DETROIT--Oct. 4, 2004--General Motors Corporation (GM) has extended its contract with Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services, Inc. (STTAS) to provide tariff and trade-related managed services through 2009.Under the contract, STTAS provides services for all of GM's North American cross-border activities. Services include tariff classification, value reconciliation, NAFTA eligibility determination, document acquisition for content reporting, and duty drawback. STTAS also performs services for some of GM's global operations.
