SAE Detroit Section to Introduce 2005 Honda Odyssey at November 4 Meeting
DETROIT--Oct. 4, 2004--The leaders of Honda's efforts to develop and manufacture the Odyssey will be on hand at the SAE Detroit Section meeting on November 4. Yutaka Fujiwara, Chief Engineer for Honda R&D., Ltd. and leader of the Odyssey team of engineers, will discuss the vehicle concept and key aspects of its development. John Fuller of Honda Manufacturing of Alabama, LLC, will explain Honda's strategy for launching the all-new vehicle in Honda's Alabama plant.
The meeting will be held at the San Marino Club, 1685 E. Big Beaver Rd., Troy, MI. The social hour, sponsored by Honda, will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 and the presentation at 7:30. Reservations are required for the event.
