Volkswagen Reports September 2004 Sales Down From Last Year

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Oct. 1, 2004 -- Volkswagen of America, Inc. reported September 2004 sales of 20,872, which compares to last year's September sales of 27,904. For the year, the Volkswagen brand in the U.S. has sold 195,530 new cars.
