KleenAir Systems Inc. Exhibits at IAA Commercial Vehicles Show in Hannover

IRVINE, Calif.--Sept. 30, 2004--KleenAir Systems Inc. (OTCBB:KAIR) exhibited this week at the 60th IAA Commercial Vehicles Show in Hannover, Germany, which is the leading international trade fair for the commercial vehicle industry.

The focus of the fair is on trucks, buses and vans, all of which are candidates for KleenAir's NOxMaster(TM) NOx Reduction System (SCR), combined with a Diesel Particulate Filter. These were all on display by Dinex, KleenAir's European Systems Integrator.

Dinex is particularly strong in the sales of aftermarket exhaust systems for use on trucks, buses and vans and Hildebrand, a company recently acquired by Dinex, is one of Germany's largest suppliers of Aftermarket Exhaust Systems for commercial vehicles.

The president of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), Professor Bernd Gottschalk declared that "all the signs currently suggest that the industry will be operating at a high level until well into 2005." He also pointed out that the show was sending out a positive signal to the economy.

"Once again in the space of two weeks, our technology has been exposed to a broad range of potential users from Europe and around the world, this time in the arena of commercial vehicles, which is a prime target market," said Lionel Simons, president of KleenAir Systems Inc.
