Energy & Engine Technology Corporation Introduces New AXP Technology

PLANO, Texas, Sept. 28 -- Energy & Engine Technology Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: EENT) announces the introduction of its new technology prototype for the long haul trucking industry, the AXP InfiniGen. This second generation AXP technology powers the cab's "creature comforts" and has the following unique set of characteristics:

   *  No fuel consumption
   *  No emissions
   *  Full Sine-Wave power
   *  No noise
   *  Split HVAC unit option
   *  Auto recharging without use of truck systems
   *  Easy portability from vehicle to vehicle
   *  No maintenance

This unique characteristic set is especially significant as the ability to idle the truck engine to provide power for the sleeper cab to facilitate driver comfort is inevitably going to terminate. Clear evidence of the trend to severely limit idling is the new California strict idling limitations set to commence in 2009.

EENT will be introducing this new technology at the American Trucking Associations' Las Vegas Show from October 3 - 7, 2004. EENT will be located at Booth 733.
