Auto Data Network Appoints Paul Van Den Berg President of U.S. Subsidiary
Software Industry Veteran to Lead CarParts Technologies
NEW YORK and TUNBRIDGE WELLS, England, Sept. 24 -- Auto Data Network Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: ADNW) , a provider of software and real-time data services to the automotive industry, today announced the appointment of Paul Van Den Berg as President of its subsidiary, CarParts Technologies Inc. (CarParts), a leading provider of open, eCommerce and business automation software solutions for the North American automotive aftermarket.
Dave McCann, who served as CarParts' President and CEO since 2002, is leaving the company to pursue his career in a field outside the automotive aftermarket.
Van Den Berg previously served as CarParts' Vice President of Product Management and Services. His focus on building and delivering industry leading products, services and support have played a key role in the company's success over the past two and a half years.

Prior to joining CarParts in 2002, Van Den Berg served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development with Telelogic North America Inc., a Southern California software company that provides collaborative design automation solutions for multiple automotive industry notables such as GM, Daimler-Benz, BMW, Siemens Automotive, VW, Delphi and Johnson Controls. In this role, he successfully integrated marketing and product management for three software businesses. Van Den Berg also held management positions with Continuus Software, MapInfo and Unisys Corporations.
