Onan Corporation and Fleetwood Enterprises Extend Exclusive Agreement

New Contract Extends Twenty-Plus Year Continuous, Exclusive Inclusion of Onan Gensets on All Fleetwood Motorized and Towable Recreational Vehicles

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 24 -- Onan Corporation, the industry's leading provider of power generation products and services for RV manufacturers, is proud to announce the continuation of a long-term exclusive agreement with Riverside, Calif.-based Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. The recent agreement entails exclusive installation of Onan generator sets on all of Fleetwood's motorized and towable recreational vehicles. The Onan-Fleetwood exclusive agreement, which has been renewed year after year for over 20 years, now extends through 2007.

Onan provides more than 10,000 generators per year to Fleetwood. The Onan-Fleetwood agreement includes installation of Onan's MicroQuiet 4000, Marquis Gold 5500, and the Quiet Diesel 7500. In particular, the MicroQuiet 4000 and Marquis Gold 5500 are popular with Fleetwood's towable models, which include travel trailers and the newest RV models known as SUTs (Sports Utility Trailers) or "toy haulers."

Today, one in 12 U.S. vehicle-owning households now owns a recreational vehicle and both the industry and the lifestyle continue to grow.
