Fleetguard Emission Solutions Releases ESW Particulate Reactor

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Sept. 22, 2004--Fleetguard Inc., the global filtration, exhaust, coolant and chemical specialist for diesel and gas powered equipment, has released the Environmental Solutions Worldwide (ESW) Particulate Reactor(TM) into its Fleetguard Emission Solutions(TM) product line.

Fleetguard Emission Solutions(TM) is the exclusive marketing and distribution partner for the ESW Particulate Reactor(TM) system, which has been verified by the California Air Research Board (CARB) as a Level 2 device. Fleetguard is a division of Cummins Inc. .

The Particulate Reactor(TM) employs a proprietary catalyzed tortured path wire mesh substrate that reduces particulate matter by at least 50 percent. The product is verified for 1991 through 1993 model year diesel engines used in on-road applications operating on CARB diesel fuel and is the first of its kind to be verified as a CARB Level 2 diesel retrofit replacement device without the use of a secondary technology. The Particulate Reactor(TM) is designed to be a direct replacement for a vehicle muffler.
