KleenAir Systems Inc. Exhibits at Frankfurt Automechanika Show

IRVINE, Calif.--Sept. 22, 2004--KleenAir Systems Inc. (OTCBB:KAIR) exhibited this week at the annual Automechanika Show in Frankfurt, Germany, which is the leading international trade fair for the automobile aftermarket and original equipment market. KleenAir's NOxMaster(TM) NOx Reduction System (SCR), including its Diesel Particulate Filter, were on display by Dinex, KleenAir's European Systems Integrator.

The Dinex aftermarket exhaust systems and emission control products, KleenAir's emission control systems, as well as the Hildebrand product line were on display during the show. Dinex recently acquired Hildebrand, who is one of Germany's largest suppliers of aftermarket exhaust systems.

The show attracted 163,564 visitors from 145 countries. There were 4,505 exhibitors from 72 countries. German visitors were the largest group followed by Great Britain, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Poland. The leading non-European visitors were the United States, China, India and South Africa.

"This show exposed our technology to a broad range of potential users from Europe and around the world. The show gave us an ideal opportunity to showcase our combination SCR/DPF systems at a time when we are preparing to commercialize these in a number of world arenas," said Lionel Simons, president of KleenAir Systems Inc.
