Matchmaker Demonstrates Continued Commitment to Supplier Diversity

WHAT: Chrysler Group's Matchmaker event kicks off its fifth year Thursday as representatives from over two-hundred Tier 1 and minority-owned suppliers converge on the DaimlerChrysler Headquarters. The one-day event is designed to generate new business relationships for minority-owned suppliers both with the participating Tier 1s, and with the Chrysler Group. In its 5-year history, over $500 million of new business has been generated for minority- owned suppliers from this event.
