FleetPride Promotes Todd Dunn to Senior Vice President

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Sept. 17 -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, today announced the appointment of Todd A. Dunn, currently Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administration Officer. Mr. Dunn joined FleetPride in October 2003 and served the prior four years as CFO of Tartan Textile Services, Inc., another Aurora Capital Group affiliate. Prior to joining Tartan, Mr. Dunn was CFO of QDSP, Inc., one of the companies that merged to form FleetPride. Mr. Dunn has more than ten years experience in parts distribution to the heavy-duty aftermarket, serving in various financial and operational roles with the SLM Group, one of the predecessor companies to QDSP.

Reporting to Todd will be Dr. Erach Balsara, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Mr. Hugh Charvat, Vice President Supply Chain Management and Marketing, Mr. Chris Romeis, Director, New Business Development, and Mr. Tim Gadus, newly named as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Human Resources will continue to report to Todd as well.
