FleetPride Promotes Tim Gadus to Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Sept. 17 -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, today announced the promotion of Timothy J. Gadus to the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Gadus joined FleetPride in 1998, holding the positions of Director of Finance and Director of Corporate Development before serving in his current position as the Corporate Controller and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Prior to working at FleetPride, Mr. Gadus worked at Tenneco as the Manager of Finance overseeing 5 different business units in the packaging industry. Prior to that period, Tim held various Controller roles in the material handling and packaging industries. Mr. Gadus has over six years of experience in the heavy-duty industry.

In his new role, Tim will assume responsibility for the internal audit function, risk management and all treasury functions along with his current accounting and tax duties as the Corporate Controller.
