ICS Acquires Equential Technologies, Extends the RF-SMART Mobile Application Suite

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--Sept. 16, 2004--ICS, developers of the RF-SMART(R) brand of wireless, mobile and RFID software solutions for PeopleSoft(R) enterprise software, today announced it has acquired Equential Technologies and its market-proven line of mobile enterprise applications for users of PeopleSoft.

By acquiring the leader in field-based mobile solutions for PeopleSoft, ICS instantly offers the broadest and deepest line of mobile solutions to complement RF-SMART's leading line of wireless automated data collection (ADC) solutions for Distribution, Manufacturing, RFID, Transportation, Warehouse Management and Pallet/Container Management.

Equential employees are being retained and are in the process of relocating to Jacksonville, FL, where ICS is headquartered.
